I’d given up on getting a reasonable insurance rate on my new (well, very old, but new to me) home. I thought for sure I could figure something out with USAA. They were honestly pretty great. Julie is an EXPERT in this area. After months of trying and failing, Julie took my info and quickly found my neighbor and me a solution that saved us THOUSANDS. Side note: it’s awesome calling someone and having them answer the phone! Surprising how often that doesn’t actually happen (or you get stuck in an automated loop for what feels like hours instead of getting to talk to a human who can actually help).
Talking to Julie was an absolute game changer. If you’ve read this much, that’s probably what you’re looking for. Give her a chance to do the same for you and I can’t imagine you’d regret it.
